Job Duties
Design and implement a centralized logging (CloudTrail) solution for all AWS accounts, enhancing visibility into system activities and improving incident response capabilities. Orchestrate the development of a centralized backup strategy (AWS Backup Services), ensuring data integrity, availability, and recoverability for critical data and infrastructure components. Remediate all vulnerabilities identified by AWS Security Hub across AWS accounts, demonstrating a proactive and vigilant approach to security. Develop AWS Config rules for auto-remediation, streamlining the process of addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring continuous compliance. Integrate security practices seamlessly into the software development lifecycle, ensuring a proactive approach to threat mitigation and compliance with industry standards. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ IS/Engineering (any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer or Security Engineer or Systems Engineer or closely related field.
Experience
Experience of Twelve (12) months working with AWS is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
